As part of Baby Lifeline’s MUM Awards, we welcome nominations for the special Improving Safety on the Frontline by Investing in the Workforce award, sponsored by Baby Lifeline Training.

What our judges will be looking for?
Retention and workforce wellbeing improvement
Projects that include the wider maternity and neonatal teams
Work that extends beyond compliance with national schemes
Innovative ways of providing training, or overcoming barriers to training provision
Training that responds effectively to guidelines, recommendations and evidence-based best practice
Examples of a significant commitment to multi-professional training
Examples of special training events
Impactful inclusion of feedback, service user voices and patient experiences in quality improvement work
Training that successfully helps to address inequalities in healthcare and/or is tailored to the local population
The winners of both the region and training awards will be invited to the House of Commons for a ceremony and celebratory dinner, hosted by Lord Darzi, on Thursday 13th March 2025.
