Tinuke Awe is the award-winning co-founder of Five X More CIC, the UK’s leading grassroots organisation committed to improving Black maternal outcomes. Since launching in 2019, Five X More has led groundbreaking campaigns, launched the UK’s first Black maternal health awareness week, and successfully influenced national policy and parliamentary debates on maternal health disparities. 

A TEDx speaker and passionate advocate, Tinuke also founded Mums & Tea, a community-centred platform that connects and uplifts Black mothers across the UK. Her work is rooted in purpose: creating safer, more equitable experiences for Black women and birthing people, while empowering families through education, advocacy, and sisterhood.
