The Venue & Travel

Car parking is £14 for the whole event, however, car parking spaces are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Car parks are located through the security barrier, there is a daily charge and we have secured a discount code: QIPVA.

The hotel car park is operated by ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition). You will need to use the unique event code which we will provide closer to the time, this will allow you to have access to the reduced rates.

Prior to departure, we recommend paying online via www.bhmparking.co.uk and choosing the first option, “Pay As You Go Parking”, for a quick and easy exit.

We recommend paying online to avoid queues at reception, either by pre-registering the car registration details before arrival at the hotel, or by settling the charge once at the venue. If you’re staying overnight, please advise Reception of your car registration during your stay, or prior to departure.

Vehicles must be kept in the car parks and not left by the venue – you may be towed away or fined.

Additional parking is available in the NEC car parks, these car parks are out of the hotel’s control and charges are variable. All  charges are payable by the individual.
