National Maternity Safety Conference - Terms & Conditions

If the event is cancelled, will it be rescheduled?
Yes it certainly will be. At the moment all arrangements are made with safe distancing and all necessary safety measures in place.

The conference has been cancelled – will I get a refund?
Yes, if we cancel the event then you will receive a full refund, or a transfer to the deferred date. Your refund will be processed automatically via your method of original payment within four weeks. We will be in touch if we require any further information.

Can I transfer my booking if the event doesn’t go ahead?
Yes, if you would like to transfer your place to the deferred date then please respond to our email notifying you of the cancellation of the event to confirm that you would like to do so.

I have been advised to self-isolate and cannot attend. What should I do?

My trust/organisation has cancelled my leave. What can I do?

If the event is cancelled, will you cover my travel and accommodation?
We regret we are unable to refund any delegate travel and/or accommodation costs that have already been incurred, or any administration charges relating to cancellation of travel tickets or accommodation.

Booking Cancellations or Amendments
All cancellations made by individuals/organisations must be received in writing from the delegate using the following email address: support@babylifeline.org.uk

On or before 18th August 2023 – 50% of the amount paid at the time of booking will be reimbursed.

After 18th August 2023 – We regret that no refund can be made after this time, although name substitutions can be made up to a week before the event (11th September 2023) at a cost £35 to cover administration expenses.

No refunds will be given for non-attendance.
