Jennifer O'Donnell BEng (Hons) MSc CEng MRAeS MISASI

Jenny is Director of Systemic Factors Limited and a Visiting Lecturer at the University of London and Cranfield University.

She has worked in safety investigation for over 24 years and is an experienced human factors practitioner with a background in applying systems-approaches. Through this work, she has developed an allergy to human error being described as a cause.

Jenny is an experienced speaker, lecturer, chartered engineer and mischief-maker. She also has an MSc in Human Factors. She has experience in assessing and helping to improve organisational cultures, and leadership behaviours, for many organisations across a variety of industries.

She currently provides investigation support services for a number of healthcare organisations both in the UK and further afield. Jenny is a Member of the International Society of Air Safety Investigators, the Royal Aeronautical Society, the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors (Associate) and the Institute of Industrial Accident Investigators. Despite all of that she has a sense of humour and likes to have fun.
