Gill is a Partner in the Manchester office of Hugh James. She originally trained as a Registered General Nurse and worked at Manchester Royal Infirmary before re-training as a solicitor and qualifying in 1997. She has specialised solely in claimant clinical negligence throughout her career. She acts for mothers and children who have suffered injury arising from maternity care, and adults and children who have suffered brain and spinal injuries and amputation.
