Gayle is an experienced Lead Digital Midwife with over a decade of clinical expertise, specialising in the implementation of Maternity Information Systems and digital transformation to enhance patient safety and experience. Drawing from 12 years in various digital roles in the private sector, she combines technical knowledge with her midwifery practice to drive impactful change. Gayle holds a Masters Degree in IT Service Management and is a graduate of the inaugural Postgraduate Certificate in Digital Maternity Leadership at Imperial College, London. 

A passionate advocate for improving digital literacy and addressing Digital Poverty, Gayle has initiated programs such as Cyber Cafes and Digital Literacy improvement sessions. She has been involved with the Good Things Foundation, furthering digital inclusion efforts. Gayle implemented a Data Hub at her previous trust and continues to support others in creating their own Data Hubs to enhance healthcare delivery.
