Virgin London Marathon 2012

I live in Birmingham with my husband, Mike, and have two lovely daughters, Ruby and Poppy. I have been running for about 4 years. Initially I just wanted to get fit but then I got the bug and have completed several half marathons and a kilomathon, raising money for a local Children's Hospice along the way.

I have always wanted to step up to a full marathon and was thrilled to be given the opportunity to run the London Marathon in 2012 for Baby Lifeline. Whilst I was fortunate enough to have problem free pregnancies and births I know that it is not the same for everyone. I'm proud to be able to raise money for Baby Lifeline which provides vital support in the care of mothers and their babies.
