Judy Ledger wins Pride of Britain Award

We are delighted to announce that Judy Ledger, Founder and CE of Baby Lifeline has won a prestigious Daily Mirror’s Pride of Britain Award for Fundraiser of the Year 2010

Judy was absolutely delighted and somewhat overwhelmed when she and the other award winners joined the Prime Minister, David Cameron for lunch at 10 Downing Street.

Judy, accompanied by her family, attended the glittering, star studded Gala award ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane, London, where she was presented with her award by Sir Ben Kingsley, the Patron of Baby Lifeline.

On stage to see Judy receive her award were several of the children who had been helped by the equipment purchased and donated through Baby Lifeline’s fundraising activities - Paul Edwards, Daniella Kantor, Noah Higgerson, Owen Newton, Mia Morgan and Liam Bailey.
